Unfortunately, you may experience delivery delays due to government COVID-19 related factors, record online shopping, and high demand for parcel delivery.

We suggest that you order any essential products for your pet(s) well ahead of time.

We also accept Pet Variety Gift Cards.

When it comes to online shopping, security is always a top concern. We all want to be sure that our personal and financial information is safe when buying something online.

Our store petvariety.com.au - is hosted on the Shopify platform. Shopify is a secure platform that takes data security and privacy very seriously.

Shopify has PCI DSS Level 1 Certification – the highest level of certification available.

Therefore your payment information is processed securely. We do not store credit card details, nor do we have access to your credit card information.

If you’re having a problem with your credit card, make sure the billing address matches the address on file with your credit card provider or bank.

Make sure you enter the name and credit card number exactly as you see it on the card, including the CVV, a 3-digit code found on the back of your card.

Ordering

We know how excited both "you" and your "pet(s)" are to get your order from us. So here's what to expect.

When your order is received, one of our team members will get your item(s) safely packed and ready for same-day or next-business-day dispatch.

Once processing is complete, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number to track your parcel.

At Pet Variety, we pride ourselves on prompt dispatch and strive to ensure that Australia Post or our Courier Partners deliver your order(s) on time.

Unfortunately, sometimes other factors outside of our control may result in your order - being delayed.

Absolutely! However, we strive to ensure orders are processed and dispatched promptly. For this reason, it can sometimes be too late to adjust or cancel an order.

Should you need to cancel or change your order, please get in touch with us as soon as possible!

Shipping

We ship orders via Australia Post or other reputable courier companies.

Local area orders are via our local home delivery service.

You can select your preferred delivery method from the available options during checkout.

Sorry, we do not deliver internationally.

Shipping costs will depend on the size and weight of your order; and your selected delivery address.

We offer "FREE SHIPPING*" within the Sydney Metro area on eligible orders over $99.

Free shipping - may not be valid with other discounts or offers and excludes gift cards and some bulky/heavy items.

For an estimated delivery quote:

Add the item(s) you wish to order to your shopping cart and select the "VIEW CART" button. Then enter your state and postcode.

The estimated shipping costs of your order will then be displayed. The free shipping option will also be displayed if you are eligible.

When you are ready to checkout, your available shipping options and final costs - will be displayed before making a payment.

Returns

At petvariety.com.au - we have a 30-day hassle-free return policy. We handle returns and process refunds under the Australian Consumer Protection legislation.
