Once we receive your order, one of our team members will get your item(s) safely packed and ready for same day or next business day dispatch.
Once processing is complete, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number to track your parcel.

Unfortunately, sometimes there could be other factors outside of our control that cause delays.
Absolutely! However, we strive to ensure orders are processed and dispatched promptly. For this reason, it can sometimes be too late to adjust or cancel an order. Should you need to cancel or change your order, please get in touch, and we will let you know if it is still possible to do so!

When paying via credit card, the billing address entered on your order must match the billing address on file with your bank. Otherwise, our system may detect your order as being fraudulent.

We ship orders via Australia Post or other reputable courier companies.
Local area orders are via our local home delivery service.
