At Pet Variety we offer a range of shipping options including Free Sydney Metro Shipping* as well as our own free local home delivery service to selected suburbs.
Free - Local Home Delivery*
Live locally? Then we have great news for you! You can have your order personally delivered to your door by none other than a Pet Variety Team Member. With no third-party handling; this option will ensure your item/s will remain in Pet Variety hands until it reaches yours.
Our free home delivery service is available within the following areas for orders over $29.

- Eagle Vale
- Eschol Park
- St Andrews
For local orders under $29, a flat rate delivery fee of $5 applies.
Standard Domestic - Shipping Cost
We offer free shipping within Sydney metro on orders over $49* & under 5kg*
Delivery charges vary depending on the size and weight of your order and your delivery address.
Your final shipping charges will be displayed in your checkout page before you proceed to payment. Hence, you will know if your order qualifies for free shipping or exactly how much your shipping cost will be.
Do you deliver outside of Australia?
We do not currently ship outside of Australia.
How long does shipping take?
With so many people isolating at home and shopping online due to COVID-19, Australia is currently experiencing some slight shipping delays. Our courier partners are working harder than ever to deliver our parcels to our valued customers. Therefore, we recommend that you plan your delivery ahead of time.
Once dispatched, it may take up to 5 additional business days for your order to arrive depending on your location.
Delivery times may also be dependent on Public Holidays, and during busy sale periods such as Christmas, New Year and Easter.
When will my order be dispatched?
At Pet Variety, we endeavour to dispatch our parcels within 1-3 business days of receiving an order.
However, sometimes an additional day or two may be required for any stock availability issues. If any of the products you have ordered are not in stock at the time of dispatch and we, anticipate a long delay, we will contact you.
How will I know if my order has shipped?
We will send you a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order gets dispatched. If you do not receive an email within 3-4 business days of placing your order, please contact our customer service team.
Do I need to be home to receive my delivery?

Any associated risk in leaving parcels unattended is, borne by the customer.
As a result, Pet Variety, cannot be held liable for any loss or damage after your parcel, has been deemed, delivered by the carrier.
