Ordering

Australia Post and our courier partners continue to deliver our parcels across all states and territories despite the latest COVID lockdowns in New South Wales, Victoria and the ACT.

Unfortunately, you may experience delivery delays due to increased government border checks for delivery drivers, record online shopping, and high demand for parcel delivery.

We suggest that you order any essential products for your pet(s) well ahead of time.

Absolutely! However, we strive to ensure orders are processed and dispatched promptly. For this reason, it can sometimes be too late to adjust or cancel an order. Should you need to cancel or change your order, please get in touch, and we will let you know if it is still possible to do so!

We know how excited both you and your pet(s) are to get your order from us! So here's what to expect.

We will get your items boxed up and shipped within 24-48 hours (M-F).

Once processing is complete, we will send you a shipping confirmation email along with a tracking number to track your parcel.

Delivery may take between 1 and 14 days, depending on the delivery option and your location.

Please Note:

Pet Variety strives to ensure that orders get delivered in a prompt and timely manner.

Unfortunately, sometimes there may be shipping or other factors outside of our control that results in delays.

If a product you have ordered from us is out of stock when processing your order, and we anticipate a long delay in getting the item(s) from our supplier(s), we will contact you to discuss your options.

You can pay for your order securely at Pet Variety using one of the following payment methods.

Visa, MasterCard, Shop Pay, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

Please Note:

When paying via credit card, the billing address entered on your order must match the billing address on file with your bank. Otherwise, our system may detect your order as being fraudulent.

Shipping & Deliveries

We ship orders via Australia Post or other reputable courier companies.

Local area orders are via our local home delivery service.

You will be able to choose your preferred delivery method from the available options during checkout.

If you live in one of the following areas, Bow Bowing, Eagle Vale, Eschol Park, Kearns, Minto, Raby, or St Andrews, we have great news for you! We offer a free
home delivery service for orders over $29. This option will appear at checkout if you qualify.

If you choose an accelerated checkout method other than Shop Pay in the first step of the checkout, the local delivery shipping method will not appear.

Returns

Pet Variety handles returns and processes refunds in accordance with the Australian Consumer Protection legislation.

We always aim to make sure our customers and their pet(s) love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Just get in touch, and we’ll take you through the process.
